When are your hours of operation?

Our business days are Monday through Friday, not including federal holidays.

 

When are your drops?

Drops occur based on Pacific Standard Time (PST).

Times are subject to change.

For specific dates, please refer to our Instagram @collectibles.kevin. Official announcements will have a designated Instagram post and story countdown saved in our Instagram story highlights. Be sure to click the bell notification on our Instagram profile to turn on your Instagram notifications to be the first one notified.

If you do not see a designated Instagram post and story countdown, an official drop date and time has not yet been set.

 

How can I place an order?

New listings and pre-orders go live on our website at designated times that are announced on our Instagram @collectibles.kevin.

In-stock items will be available for purchase on the website. Pre-orders are only open within a specific time window. 

Any purchase rules and requirements on certain pin designs will be listed in our Instagram posts, Instagram stories and in the product description. If there are none listed, you are free to purchase at-will.

If the specific design you are looking for is not on our website, the design is sold out or not available to purchase at that time.

 

What is the fastest way to checkout?

We highly recommend using any express checkout options: Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Meta Pay, and Google Pay.

You must set up your account in order to use these methods. Expedited checkout options allow you to automatically fill out your shipping and payment information without manually inputting the details during checkout. Collectibles Kevin. Make sure your information is correct and ready before a release. You are now ready for an accelerated checkout experience in our store.

All sales are final. No refunds/cancelations will be accepted under any circumstance and is subject to discretion.

What is your resale/trade policy?

None. You may do as you wish with your pins once received. We do not police or monitor any resales or trades of Collectibles Kevin pins.

Given our refund/exchange policy, we understand that restrictive resale/trade policies are counterintuitive if you no longer wish to keep certain pin designs. CK. We hope that you enjoyed our designs in the time they were in your possession.

What is your restock policy?

Limited Edition pins will not be restocked unless designs are remade in another variant.

Pre-orders are Limited Edition and will not be restocked upon sell out. CK. Limited Edition number is determined on the number of pins ordered once the pre-order closes.

 

Do you sell your pins on any other platform?

No.

Our pins are sold solely on our website at www.collectibleskevin.com

 

What is a pre-order?

A pre-order is paying and placing an order for a product that is not yet in-stock, but will be produced in a certain time frame and then sent out to the customer once production has been quality checked and finalized.

Placing a pre-order guarantees you the design available at that time. CK. There will be a few extras available for sale after pre-orders have all been shipped, but the risk of the item selling out increases.

All of our pre-orders are Limited Edition and will not be restocked upon sell out.

Limited Edition number is determined on the number of pins ordered once the pre-order closes.

 

How long does a pre-order purchase take to be fulfilled?

Pins will take anywhere on average between 8-24+ weeks to complete. CK. There are a lot of details that go into production to ensure high quality, and sometimes delays may occur.

By placing an order, you agree to the production times. Do not place a pre-order for a product if the wait times are not preferred.

How do I stay updated on my pre-ordered pins?

Are there extra enamel pins left over from pre-orders?

Yes.

Any amount of pins left over from pre-orders will be listed for sale from anywhere between 1 day to 2+ weeks after the majority of CK pre-orders have been shipped, but the risk of the item selling out increases.

If you missed a pre-order, we encourage you to wait until we drop the extra enamel pins to make a purchase versus paying aftermarket/re-sale prices.

Announcements for the sale of any CK extra enamel pins from pre-orders will have a designated Instagram post and Instagram story countdown saved in our Instagram story highlights.

 

Can the Limited Edition (LE) number be increased? 

Yes, if there is demand.

Designs that are not as popular will not have a high LE count.

We do offer open pre-orders to help our customers have a better chance at obtaining one of our designs.

If there is a design that you truly want better chances of obtaining, email us, message us on Instagram @collectibles.kevin, comment on our CK Instagram posts, reply to our CK Instagram stories to give us a better metric for the demand on a certain design and we may increase the LE count before we begin production.

 

Can you send out an extra backing card(s) for       pin?

Per request, we can send you backing card(s) for our enamel pin(s) if they are available. You may request as many as you need based on availability. You are responsible for shipping. If you have a pending order, the backing card will be shipped with your order.

You may contact us using this form. Be sure to state the specific pin design(s) of the backing card, number of cards needed, and your shipping address. A confirmation email will be sent for payment and shipment.

 

How do I view your past designs?

Our past designs are up on our Instagram @collectibles.kevin. You can view our entire catalog from Collectibles Kevin's inception.

 

How do I stay updated on upcoming drops, and new designs?

Follow us @collectibles.kevin on Instagram.

Be sure to turn on your notifications for our Instagram posts by clicking the bell in the upper right hand corner of our CK Instagram page and watch our Instagram stories for announcements on in-hand drops and pre-orders.

Countdown timers for pin drops are saved in our Instagram story highlights. Click and save the timers on your Instagram account to remind yourself when our next drop will be.

If you do not see a designated CK Instagram post and CK Instagram story countdown, an official drop date and time has not yet been set.

 

Why did I not receive a reply to my Instagram message/comment/story?
