Pre-orders	8-24+ Weeks	Purchasing a pre-order secures your order of the specific item. Do not purchase a pre-order if you do not want to wait. Few extras will be sold in-hand once pre-orders have all been sent out, but the risk of the item selling out increases. There are no refunds for pre-orders.

Tracking

Tracking numbers are included in all orders shipped in the U.S. and internationally. Tracking is sent to the email provided at checkout.

Packaging

All orders are bubble wrapped and encased in a bubble mailer to securely deliver your orders.

However, we can not guarantee that damage will not occur in-transit once the order has been shipped out.

Order Fulfillment

Orders will only be fulfilled and completed once all items within the order are in-stock and ready to be sent out.

For example, If a purchase consists of an in-stock item and a pre-ordered item, the order will not be fulfilled until the pre-ordered item is done with production and is ready to be shipped with the in-stock item.

If you would rather have an in-stock item shipped immediately, then a separate order for the in-stock item needs to be made.

Shipping Insurance

Insurance for orders are provided with Standard USPS Ground Advantage, Standard Plus USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail, or USPS Priority Mail International.

Shipsurance will cover the cost of insuring shipments valued up to $200 on all purchases of Standard Plus USPS Ground Advantage service for this store. CK. Insurance is administered by Shipsurance. By purchasing you agree to their coverage terms.

Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages

We are not liable or responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages following the shipment of an order. CK. The customer is responsible for managing risk and has the option to purchase either Standard USPS Ground Advantage, Standard Plus USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail, or USPS Priority Mail International to insure your packages at your discretion.

In the event of a lost/stolen/damaged package, the customer is responsible for contacting the insurance provider if Standard USPS Ground Advantage, Standard Plus USPS Ground Advantage, or USPS Priority Mail was purchased. CK. We will contact the insurance provider if USPS Priority Mail International was purchased.

Address Change

Use this form to send our customer care team your new shipping address. Provide your order number and a brief description of your issue. Shipping fee differences due to address changes will not be refunded and additional shipping costs will be invoiced. CK. A confirmation email will be sent when the address has been updated to the new address for your order.

Combine Orders

Orders are unable to be combined. Be sure to review your cart before purchasing multiple orders.

Product Return

The buyer is responsible for any additional shipping costs or fees if the product is returned to us due to incorrect address, customs, taxes, VAT fees, or other related shipping issues.
