All sales and pre-orders are final and non-refundable. Please review your order before making your purchase. No exceptions will be made for cancellations.

If you received the wrong item, have a pin grading dispute, or have any issues with your order, you have 8 days from the delivery date of your order to return your purchase from

No exceptions will be made for B and C Grade enamel pins and Mixed Grade pre-orders are ineligible for pin grading disputes.

Please contact our customer care team with your request via our contact form and fill out the form with your name, order number, and a brief description of the issue to correct your order within a 8-day period before the return period ends. Requests that fall outside the 8-day period will be denied.


Attempts to circumvent the returns and exchange policy with chargebacks or claims will result in an immediate ban from future purchases in the store. Certain behavior is unacceptable and disingenuous. Please review your order and information before placing your purchase.
